Aurora Healthcare Australia Expands Online and Offline Services

To meet the increasing service demand from patients and help those in need on the road to recovery, Aurora Healthcare is actively expanding its sites across Australia. Major expansion includes Deakin Private Hospital, the first private mental health facility in the nation’s capital Canberra to feature young adult beds.

Deakin Private Hospital will expand Aurora’s footprint into the ACT, with stage one to deliver 52 beds, group therapy rooms and doctors’ consulting suites for the treatment of adults and young adults. The stage one is on track to open in January 2023, with recruitment in readiness for opening already underway.

The stage two expansion at Robina Private Hospital, Gold Coast is planned for commencement in the first quarter of 2023, while the final stages of our brownfield project at Abbotsford Private Hospital is expected to see its completion in the coming weeks to deliver additional mental health services to the Perth community and beyond.

In addition to hospital expansion, Aurora online business will have full platform completion by year end 2022. The business will have capabilities in a national care connect service operated by an integrated CRM and a Cloud Clinic that supports psychologists’ private practice both in the hospital, clinics and online environment. The O2O strategy makes mental health services much easier.
