On 16th August 2024, a memorandum of strategic partnership was signed between Luye Medical Group and Gem Flower Healthcare, a division of China General Technology Group. Based on the ideas of voluntary cooperation and shared development, the two parties came to a strategic cooperation agreement: they will fully utilise each other’s technological and medical advantages, complement one another’s resources, and produce win-win outcomes. At the business level, doctors in the medical institutions of both parties will carry out close cooperation in multiple aspects such as multi-point practice and two-way referral; and at the scientific research level, the two parties will establish discipline construction, education and training, scholars’ visits, clinical exchanges and other cooperation; in addition, the two parties will also carry out all-round O2O cooperation exploration in the “body, mind and beauty” healthcare arena.
