
On the morning of January 10, 2026, the "China-Australia Neuro-Rehabilitation Industry Exchange Meeting and the Launch Ceremony of the China-Australia Neuro-Rehabilitation Going Global Alliance," hosted by Luye Medical Group and Aurora Healthcare, with support from the Shanghai New Hongqiao International Medical Center, Huayi Rehabilitation Industry-Research Institute, and other organizations, was successfully held at the Shanghai headquarters of Luye Medical Group (China). The meeting focused on China-Australia collaborative clinical translation and international cooperation in areas such as brain-computer interfaces, neuromodulation, and intelligent rehabilitation equipment. The establishment of the alliance and the signing of cooperation agreements were also completed during the event, collectively exploring new pathways for the development of intelligent rehabilitation cooperation between China and Australia.
Aona Liu, Executive Chairperson of Luye Medical Group, and Gu Yaoqiang, Chairman of Shanghai New Hongqiao International Medical Center Construction and Development Co., Ltd., delivered opening remarks as distinguished leaders. The event was attended by key figures including Charles Wang, CEO of Luye Medical Group, Shi Jianxia, Vice President of Operations at Luye Medical Group (China), and Tian Mu, CEO of Mindfront Medical, as well as numerous experts from medical and academic institutions, domestic and international partners, and investment organizations.


During the meeting, experts from leading technology companies and scholars from research and academic institutions in China presented cutting-edge insights across innovative and groundbreaking fields. These included advanced neuromodulation and intervention technologies, the development and optimization of brain-computer interface systems, innovative applications of intelligent rehabilitation robots, clinical research and industrial implementation, and international market analysis and outbound strategies.
The discussions also saw extensive participation from Australian official institutions, investment promotion agencies, consulates, and relevant branches of the China Association for Medical Devices Industry in Shanghai, along with representatives from brain-computer interface companies, intelligent rehabilitation enterprises, rehabilitation hospitals, and investment institutions.

At the meeting, cooperation agreements were signed with leading domestic rehabilitation technology enterprises such as Sunnyou Medical, Haitian Smart, Ai-Robot, Angelexo Scientific, Flect Think, Shaonao Tech, Peinao Technology, and Zhanhong Chuangjian. These collaborations established the China-Australia Neuro-Rehabilitation Going Global Alliance. The alliance will provide verifiable clinical implementation scenarios and highly credible industry endorsements for Chinese brain-computer and neuro-related technologies entering the Australian market, continuously expanding the value space for collaborative development between China and Australia.
