The group-wide staff wellness programme of Singapore office keeps promoting good health behaviors and creating a culture of wellness at work. With the hybrid working mode going on, more colleagues find themselves more willing to take out time to work towards their health, either in office or at home.
The most recent topic “Resilience: Managing change with optimism” by guest speaker, Psychologist Darwina Binte Azmi identified risk factors dealing to high stress, explained how to gain strategies in coping better with stress, and acquire strategies to ‘bounce back’ from difficult situations. Colleagues from various business units joined the session and Q&A via Zoom.
